The unit_name string object in UdcsChannel class must be in the format
below:
(unit)*(base)^(exp)
Where (unit) is one of the unit identifiers below, (base)
is the number system the signal is in, and (exp) is the exponential
scale of the signal.
For example, uV (microVolts) would be noted as V*10^-6,
MB (megabytes) would be noted as B*2^30.
