Warning: Due to the mindboggling versatility (read: complexity) that we had to prepare File Manager for, there will of course be bugs that we haven't noticed during our short period of testing this program. As this program was produced by a group only working on a single project, this software is currently not fully maintained. You can contact Kai Schutte at skander@skander.com, though, and I will keep track of bug reports until somebody takes up maintaining the software again.

Memory leaks: We have noticed several small memory leaks (several hundred bytes) that do not seem directly dependant on loading and exporting files. We do not know where these leaks occur. During our testing, we never saw any great amount of memory leaks, so we figured use of the program, even with these minor leaks, would be generally safe.

Translation Inaccuracy: In some cases, translating signals to the Embla Somnologica file format may result in distortions of scale. We tried our best to minimize this distortion, but it is partially inevitable due to the disparity of storage methods between the Embla file format and the UDCS file format. The best way to avoid this is to always keep the original recording file, and translate into Somnologica only for visualization purposes.

ClockLab Time Inaccuracy: When we calculate the time the recording started in a ClockLab file, we come up we a time/date that is 31 hours, 58 minutes and 1 second ahead of the real time/date. Since we don't know the reason for this, we decided to apply the temporary fix of subtracting that difference from the date we calculate. We don't know if this difference will stay constant, so there may be inaccuracies in the date displayed in Udicus.
